	Model 2300 is designed to handle up to three pumps and should be used in duplex or triplex stations.	The Digi Gage Control System   The Digi-Gage is a compact, programmable level indicator controller designated for water and wastewater applications.     It will automatically start, stop and alternate up to six pumps to precisely monitor and maintain fluid levels.   Most importantly, the Digi-Gage is one of the most reliable controllers on the market today. It is 100% digital so it eliminates all of the conventional sources of dirt and error. Four different models are available to handle a variety of pumping station sizes and needs.       EG Controls continues to lead the market in new products designed with the operator’s needs in mind. 	Model 2400 is designed for use with triplex or quadruplex stations and can handle up to four pumps.
	Model 2600 is the most versatile and can handle up to six pumps
	The Vari-Gage 3300 Model is designed to handle up to three variable speed pumps.

All Digi-Gage models can be configured for Pump Up (freshwater)
or Pump Down (wastewater) applications.

Accepts pressure, voltage or current input…

With a proven track record, the Digi-Gage can be used in almost any application. Not only will it accept bubbler pressure input but it can also accept 4-20mA and 0-10 volt inputs from any type of level transmitter. After being “read” by the Digi-Gage, all inputs are converted into feet or psi by the internal microprocessor and then displayed in bright ½” LED’s.

Provides a gateway for implementing a SCADA system…

The Digi-Gage unit can serve as an RTU interface and can actually be the direct connection to a computer or provide data to a PLC which will then communicate with a remote monitoring computer system. Communications capability is standard for all Digi-Gage and Vari-Gage models. Each unit comes with a built-in RS 232 Modbus card. Combine the Digi-Gage with EG Controls’ Scada Express software for a complete SCADA system with “off the shelf” pricing and convenience.

Output meets all industry standards…

Along with standard digital output, the Digi-Gage also has a user scalable 4-20mA output that can be used to control recorders, chemical pacing equipment and more. The sister product, the Vari-Gage, has been designed to be used with up to three variable frequency drives. The Vari-Gage has three 4-20mA analog outputs. Automatic purge control is standard with models 2300 and 2400.

Manual simulation (SIM) can be used for testing…

With the SIM mode, an operator can simulate changes in either liquid level or pressure. Upon entering the SIM mode, the Digi-Gage will first store the value of the actual level being monitored. Alarms and pumps will operate based on simulated value changes (such as level or pressure) accomplished by the operator pressing the UP and DOWN arrow keys. If no key is pressed, the system will revert to automatic operation after three minutes.

Program the Digi-Gage in four east steps…

First press PROG to select programming mode. Second, press the STEP key to select the function to be reviewed or changed. A discrete LED on the controller’s right side indicates each function as it is selected and the display indicates the current value being stored. Third, use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to change the value settings. Finally, press AUTO to save settings and put system in automatic mode. The entire programming sequence can be completed in minutes. Changes and deletions can also be made by touching a few buttons.

Easy to program and calibrate – no need to call for field service

Reliable and self maintaining…

In case of power failure, programming is also saved in special NOVRAM “100 year” memory without the use of batteries. A self diagnosing memory test is automatically run each time the unit is turned on
