Removable panels provide easy access to pumps and control for maintenance and service. The Panels include vandal-resistant design for added security.

Base Mounted Pump Stations

 

Base mounted pump stations are pre-engineered units with an extensive selection of pumps, motors, controls, piping and accessories. There are many standard designs for new installations, or PPE can help you custom design for existing installations with minimal hook-up time.

 

base mounted pump stations are available with from 2 inch to 10 inch pumps to match system requirements. For consistently heavy flows a third or fourth pump may be added. Flows range from 50 to 3200 GPM on single pump operations. For high head/low flow, we offer standard staged designs.

 

Base Mounted Gorman-Rupp T Series Pump Station (at left)

 

Gorman- Rupp Base Mounted Pump Stations with Auto Start (at right) uses a bubbler control which automatically converts to 12 volt DC and drives the pump with a standby engine in power failure situations.
